Your saved bookmarks, notes, and drawings are not deleted when your subscription expires. They remain saved to your account and will be available again when you resubscribe to PrepDr.
Your PrepDr subscription can be used on up to 2 devices — one phone and one tablet, desktop, or laptop. Each subscription is intended for individual use and cannot be shared with another person. We may monitor account activity to prevent subscription sharing, and accounts found to be in violation of this policy may have their subscription suspended.
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. Email support@prepdr.inwithin 7 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. We reply within 2 business days and confirm the decision within 5; approved refunds go back to the account you paid from and usually reach it within 5–7 business days. Yes. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. PrepDr does not directly handle or store your card, UPI, or banking details.
